printing and coding statutory information on various
packings.
The
PROTO EMCC is truly operator friedly coder.It comes
with PLC which provides guidance for Quick operation.
On the Key Pad & Display, selfexplantory keys
are short cuts for simple operation. This is portable
compact and easy to install. Simply plug the PLC
into any electical outlet of 230 VAC, at your
site or plant. Its has printing capablities of
1 to 4 lines of variable information. (i.e. max
size 35 mm x 35 mm).

It
is compact and ideal continuous motion coder for marking
or printing B.No., Date of Mfg., Date of Expiry, M.R.P.
& other statutory information on absorbent and nonabsorbent
surfaces.It is used for intermittent and continuous
flow "on line" automatic pouch packing machines,
wrapping machine,blister pack machine, vertical &
horizontal FFS machines. It runs on a stepper motor
with programmable logic controller (PLC) with a 6 digit
counter having sophisticated LED displays. It has ten
batch counter memories, which can be verified whenever
required. Once pre-set is done for the length of pouch,
circumference of print Roller and number of printing
stereo required,it will operate automatically &
synchronise itself to the speed of parental machine.
Moreover, it displays the linear speed of web(meter/minute),
& keeps in track with the pace of the parental machine.

Our PROTO AF2R Coding Inkkis used to Print/Mark/Code variable
details on products and at particular location on the
Packaging. It can also be used for coding / batch printing
on packaging material through winding/rewinding machine.
GENERAL SPECIFICATION:
The machine basically has two parts: a mechanical printing
head and a coding controller.
