Applications :
The PROTO-handy marker is used to mark Batch No., Product Name, Date of Manufacture, Expiry date, Gross Wt.,Destinations, Shipping Mark, Handling instructions, and other Statutory markings. This handy coder can also be used for marking on metal/plastic drums and other non porous surfaces by using specially developed PROTO coding inks.

Features :
The PROTO handy marker can be very easily used by unskilled workers and there is no need to maintain any inventory of stencils or pre-printed labels. The handy marker contains long life ink capacity, which allows uninterrupted marking without need for frequent re-inking. The Handy roller is equipped with a tension spring that returns the marker to its zero position after every stroke and in doing so the types get inked as they pass below the ink roller and it is ready to use again. The PROTO handy marker is equipped with a top quality long lasting PROTO ink roller, which is especially formulated to release uniform quantity of ink for each impression. This is done through a proprietary process that controls pore size leading to smudge-free, print like impressions. A variety of sizes are available with the PROTO handy coder which gives different printing areas as per requirement and the user can get a speed of 60 impressions/min.

Typefaces :
PROTO also provides you with a set of individual alpha-numeric types that can be used to compose almost any information you want to mark. Type sets are available in size 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 14mm, 20mm, 25mm. Logos,emblems,monograms etc. can be made to order as per your design and artwork.
