has developed a very special ink for Retort Flexible
laminated pouches.In the last few years there has been
a very high use of these specialized Retort Flexible
laminated pouches in various packaging needs. Retort
Flexible laminated pouches are high strength, heat resistant
and are thermally saturated at around 121 °C. The
majority of pouches are composed of a 3 layer film with
polyethylene terepthalate (PET)on the outside face,
and a core of aluminum foil with an inner layer of polypropylene
copolymer.
The PROTO HI-TEMP coding ink is distinctively
developed for the above after a very comprehensive research
by the R&D team of PROTO. This ink can work up to
250 °C and does not have any color fading at all
and it also work perfectly when in touch with water,
The Ink can also withstand an ultra violet exposure
of up to Wool Scale No.6, which is one of the highest
industry standard. The PROTO HIGH-TEMP coding ink is quick
drying to the extent that it dries almost instantly
on surface after marking. The markings on the surface
are clear, sharp and indelible.
It is available in Red, Green, Blue, Black & Violet
color in 1liter standard packaging and other pack sizes
on request. This ink can also be used for coding on
various surfaces like wax/plastic coated surfaces, laminated
surfaces, aluminum foil, cellophane etc. |
