Grooved rubber stereos / belts are used for making different statutory information's on packings.

The message is composed using PROTO lock types stereos which inter lock into the grooved belt and are inked by PROTO coding ink. the grooved belt is available in 2" x 18" size. you may cut it to your required size. PROTO lock types are moulded from specially formulated rubber to give sharp & clear impressions & are available in standard combinations of numericals & alphabets. also logo types visuals can be supplied. PROTO lock types are available in 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.6mm, 14mm, 25mm sizes.


Standard box of stereos contains A to Z (5 sets), 0 to 9(10 sets), JAN.to DEC. (6 sets), Rs. (10 sets), (10 sets/ 10 sets).

Also loose rubber stereos are available in 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm sizes. loose rubber stereos are available in 0 to 9, 1 to 59, 1 to 100, 1 to 31, A to Z, JAN. to DEC.,99, 2000, MFG.,EXP.,B.NO.,LOT NO., MFG.DATE., L.T.EXTRA., BATCH NO., USE BEFORE, MFG. Flat rubber stereos are used for marking different statutory information on packings.

Flat rubber stereos are fixed on ordinary rubber stamps, automatic machines for markings. these are manufactured from special rubber / polymers. The stereos are available in 2.00 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 14 mm, 25 mm, sizes. The stereos are available in 0 to 9, 1 to 50, 1 to 100, 1 to 31, A to Z, JAN to DEC., 98-99, MFG., EXP., B.NO., LOT NO., MFG.DATE, L.T.EXTRA, BATCH NO., USE BEFORE, MFG.LIC.NO., MRP Rs.,PHYSICIAN'S SAMPLE, NOT FOR SALE, NOT TO BE SOLD,Rs.,DT.,DATE, FOR 10 TABS, FOR 10 CAPS etc.etc.

Two side gumming tape roll for fixing these stereos are also available.

Stereos besides mentioned above can also be manufactured as per customers requirement. suitable PROTO coding ink for using with above coding machines,aluminium block in different sizes for different machines, inking cartridges & other spares of coding machines / FFS machines are also available.
